Who we are
Net2global Travel Services is a licensed travel agency based in Richmond, British Columbia, Canada, operated by Net2global Holding Group Inc. under BC Travel Agent Licence #66752. We specialize in Canadian Arctic and coastal destinations, plus Chinese language Europe loop tours, for Chinese speaking travellers.
We are a sales agent, not a tour operator. We provide consultation in Mandarin and English, booking assistance, and after booking support. Every reservation and every payment is confirmed by a person on our team.
Our supplier relationships
- Churchill: sales agent for the full 2027 Frontiers North Adventures catalogue, 13 product lines and 72 departures covering polar bears, northern lights, and beluga whales, all departing from Winnipeg. Prices, dates, and availability are subject to final confirmation by the supplier.
- Great Bear Rainforest: long term partnerships with three local operators, for Great Bear Rainforest programs only. Spirit Bear Lodge (land based lodge, Klemtu), Outer Shores Expeditions (sailing expeditions, boarding in Bella Bella), and Bluewater Adventures (small ship voyages).
- Europe: authorized distributor of Kaiyuan Zhouyou's bianyou.com platform, with our own distributor store at net2global.bianyou.com. Europe tours can be searched in real time at the store, and every order is confirmed by our staff before payment.

- Who operates the tours? Frontiers North Adventures operates the Churchill tours. Spirit Bear Lodge, Outer Shores Expeditions, and Bluewater Adventures operate their own Great Bear Rainforest programs. Europe tours are operated through the Kaiyuan Zhouyou platform and its suppliers.
- Can I book and pay automatically on this site? No. Our AI concierge answers questions only. A person confirms every booking, checks live availability with the supplier, and confirms payment details with you before any money moves.
