Key Points

Booking Terms and Conditions, Net2global Travel Services (operated by Net2global Holding Group Inc., BC Travel Agent / Wholesaler Licence #66752, issued by Consumer Protection BC), 7660 Langton Road, Unit 101, Richmond, BC V7C 4B6, Canada. Tel: +1-778-896-0508. Email: sales@net2global.com. . Effective November 1, 2026. 1. Who we are and our role. Net2global is a licensed travel agent acting as sales agent for the suppliers whose products we offer, for example Frontiers North Adventures or Bluewater Adventures. We do not operate the tours. Your contract for the travel services is with the Supplier, and the Supplier's terms apply. If the two conflict about the travel services, the Supplier's terms prevail, except where these terms give you greater rights or BC law requires otherwise. Before you book, we give you in writing: these terms, the Supplier's terms, and a quotation stating the total price including all taxes and mandatory fees, the payment schedule, and the cancellation, refund and change policies. You accept both sets of terms by signing or electronically confirming our Booking Form. 2. Booking, confirmation and your contract documents. A booking is confirmed only when the Supplier has confirmed availability, we have received the required deposit, and we have issued written confirmation. Availability shown on our website, or quoted by our staff or our automated (AI) assistant, is indicative only and never guarantees space. Within 15 days after your booking is confirmed, we email you a copy of your contract, and your confirmation and receipts state the statutory particulars, including amounts paid and outstanding, the services and dates, itemized costs, refund conditions, and our licence number. Please tell us of any error within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation. 3. Prices, taxes and currency. Prices are per person in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated, based on double occupancy, with taxes extra where shown as "+ tax". Your quotation states the total price including all taxes and mandatory fees. All payments are due in CAD and are credited at the amount we actually receive after bank charges; sending and intermediary bank fees and foreign exchange costs are yours. If the Supplier raises the total price by more than 5 percent before full payment, you may cancel in writing within 7 days of our notice and receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit. Wildlife sightings, including polar bears, spirit bears, whales and the northern lights, are natural phenomena and are never guaranteed. 4. Deposit, final payment and payment methods. For Frontiers North package tours, unless the Supplier's terms state otherwise: a deposit of CAD $750 per person at booking, and full payment of the balance 120 days before departure, together with proof of the mandatory travel insurance. The deposit is non-refundable except after a price increase under Section 3, under the True North Assurance option, if the Supplier cancels, or where BC law gives you a right to cancel. Bookings made 120 days or fewer before departure require full payment at booking. If full payment is late, we send a written reminder; if it is still unpaid 5 business days after the due date, we may cancel and apply the Supplier's cancellation charges, refunding any excess. Payment methods: bank wire transfer (recommended for international and large payments), Interac e-Transfer subject to your bank's limits, and Visa or Mastercard; any card surcharge is stated in your quotation before you pay. We receive payments as agent for the Supplier and pay them over according to the Supplier's payment schedule. 5. Your responsibilities before travel. You are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits and ID, and booking names must match travel documents. You must provide arrival information, dietary needs, medical or mobility information and special requests on time, and return signed Supplier registration and waiver forms by their deadlines. Each product has its own fitness, mobility and age requirements. For example, Frontiers North multi-day adventures have a minimum age of 8 and are recommended for ages 12 and up, and certain lodge and vessel programs require good mobility. 6. Travel insurance. For Frontiers North package tours, and any other product where the Supplier requires it, comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory, including medical, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation and interruption coverage. Proof is due by the final payment deadline. Losses from missing or inadequate insurance are your sole responsibility. 7. Cancellation by you. Cancellations must be in writing and may be given in electronic form (Section 18). For Frontiers North package tours: 121 days or more before departure, the CAD $750 per person deposit; 120 to 61 days, 50 percent of the total invoice; 60 days or fewer, 100 percent. Charter flight portions are non-refundable at all times, and no refunds are given for services not used. True North Assurance: if you ask us in writing no later than 121 days before departure, the full deposit may instead be transferred to a future Frontiers North operated departure, kept on file with no expiry as a True North Deposit, or transferred or gifted to another person aged 18 or over, at no charge. Refunds are paid within 15 days: for amounts not yet paid to the Supplier, 15 days after your cancellation takes effect; for amounts already paid to the Supplier, 15 days after we receive the refund from the Supplier. We charge no administration fee on cancellations. Nothing in these terms limits your cancellation rights under BC law; if you cancel under such a right, we refund all money received without deduction. 8. Changes by you. Change requests are subject to Supplier approval and the Supplier's terms. A change the Supplier treats as a cancellation and rebooking is handled under Section 7. True North Assurance date transfers are the exception. 9. Cancellation or changes by the Supplier. The Supplier may change itineraries for weather, wildlife, safety or operational reasons, and may cancel a departure, including for insufficient enrolment. For Frontiers North tours, the Supplier will notify booked guests no later than 30 days before departure and refund all payments made for that booking. We pass on any refund within 15 days after we receive it from the Supplier. We are not liable for costs you incur in reliance on a departure, such as separately booked flights or hotels. 10. Supplier failure and the BC Travel Assurance Fund. If you do not receive travel services you paid for through us, you may be eligible to apply for compensation from the BC Travel Assurance Fund, administered by Consumer Protection BC. Please keep your confirmation and receipts to support a claim. 11. Our liability. We act solely as agent and are not liable for the acts, omissions, defaults or insolvency of any Supplier or third party, nor for injury, loss, damage, delay or expense arising from the travel services themselves. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for our booking service is limited to the total amount you paid to us for the affected booking. 12. Force majeure. Neither we nor the Supplier is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, wildlife related closures, government action, epidemics, labour disruptions and transportation failures. The Supplier's terms govern any resulting refund or rebooking, subject to Section 7.4 of the full terms. 13. Other Suppliers. For products of other Suppliers booked through us, such as Bluewater Adventures' Great Bear Rainforest voyages, the Supplier's deposit, payment, cancellation, age and fitness rules apply and will be stated in your quotation and confirmation. All other sections of these terms apply in full. 14. European tours booked through our partner platform. Europe tours are booked on the Kaiyuan Zhouyou / bianyou.com platform through our distributor store, net2global.bianyou.com, and follow that platform's and its suppliers' terms, shown at checkout. Where we assist you with such a booking, Sections 1, 5, 11 and 15 to 20 of these terms apply to our assistance service. 15. Privacy. We collect only the personal information needed to arrange your booking and share it with Suppliers for that purpose, under Canada's PIPEDA and applicable BC law. We do not sell personal information. By booking, you consent to the transfer of your personal information from your country of residence, including China, to Canada and to the countries where the Supplier operates or stores data. Conversations with our automated (AI) assistant are recorded and processed, including by our technology service providers. You may ask to access or correct your personal information by emailing sales@net2global.com. 16. Complaints. If something goes wrong during travel, tell the Supplier on the spot and tell us as soon as you can. Complaints about our service go to sales@net2global.com; we aim to respond within 10 business days. Nothing in these terms removes your rights under BC consumer protection law, including contacting Consumer Protection BC. 17. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction. 18. Notices and business hours. Cancellations, change requests and other notices must be in writing, which may be in electronic form, such as an email or other electronic message to one of our official contact channels listed at the top of these terms, or by registered mail. A notice takes effect when we receive it during our business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (Vancouver), excluding BC statutory holidays; a notice received outside business hours takes effect at 9:00 a.m. on the next business day. All deadlines are calculated in Pacific Time. An electronic notice is valid if it is in text, can be retained and retrieved, comes from the guest named in the booking or the person who made it, and states the guest names and travel dates. Please keep a copy. Telephone calls and voice or video messages are not valid notice unless confirmed in writing. We acknowledge each notice in writing within one business day. 19. Entire agreement and changes. These terms, the Supplier's terms provided for your booking, your quotation and your written confirmation form the entire agreement for the booking. The version stated in your confirmation applies to your booking. 20. Language. These terms are provided in English, with a Chinese key-points summary for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the English version prevails. ## Key Figures
