- Why can't the AI concierge take my payment directly? Our AI concierge can answer questions and compare trips using verified product data, but it does not take bookings or payments. Every reservation is confirmed by a person at Net2global Travel Services, who checks live availability, deposit and final payment dates, and insurance requirements with you before any money moves. This keeps one accountable human on your booking from the first question to the final confirmation.
- Does an inquiry cost anything? No. Inquiries and availability checks are free. Payment only starts after we confirm space with the supplier and you accept the price and terms. For Frontiers North tours the deposit is CAD $750 per person, see /terms/.
- What should I include in my inquiry? Destination or product name, preferred departure or travel month, number of travellers, and an email or phone we can reply to. Notes on mobility, diet, or connecting flights help us check the right details the first time.
- I am outside Canada. Can I still book through you? Yes. We serve Chinese speaking travellers in many time zones by email. Churchill tours depart from Winnipeg, and Europe tours are joined locally in Europe. We will confirm meeting points and document requirements with you before payment.
